MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Having received and considered the recommendation of the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records and under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code, it is directed that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to , , be corrected to show that the DD Form 214, Report of Separation from Active Duty, issued in conjunction with his 31 December 1977 retirement, be, and is hereby amended in Item 26, Decorations, Medals, Badges, Commendations, Citations and Campaign Ribbons Awarded or Authorized, to include the Meritorious Service Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster.
In accordance with Section 1552(a)(4) of Title 10, United States Code, this directive is final and conclusive on all officers of the United States, who are required to take all necessary and appropriate action consistent with the corrections noted above and the attached Record of Proceedings.
